How to obtain OAUTHC School of Nursing Post UTME Form

Applications for admission to the National Diploma (ND) in Nursing programme at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC), Ile-Ife, are now being accepted from adequately qualified applicants for the academic year 2022–2023.

Form that the management has extended the Application Deadline till 30th August, 2022.


Accordingly, Computer Based Test shall be conducted by the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Nursing and Midwifery Central Selection Committee between Tuesday, 6th and Wednesday, 7th September, 2022.

Applicants must have five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from WAEC, SSCE/GCE, NECO, SSCE/GCE, or NABTEB (in no more than two sittings). It is not permitted for the candidate(s) presenting the NABTEB results to mix them with other results. At the time of admission, he or she must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Admission Form at the OAUTHC School of Nursing
To allow successful applicants to regularise their admission status with JAMB as soon as they are accepted into the OAUTHC Schools of Nursing, applicant(s) are encouraged to get year 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Test (UTME) form and appear for the examination.
It is suggested that applicants make the OAUTHC School of Nursing, Ile-Ife, their first option.
The registration for these four (4) courses on the online UTME form, namely English language, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology, is required of all interested applicants.
The National Board of Technical Education (NBTE) has granted the OAUTHC Schools of Nursing accreditation to provide the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Nursing at their respective locations in Ile-Ife and Ilesa.

Nursing National Diploma (ND) Post-UTME Screening at OAUTHC

Candidates who passed the UTME Entrance Examination and selected the School of Nursing, OAUTHC, Ile-Ife, Osun State as their first choice of institution, or those willing to switch their institution and select the School of Nursing, OAUTHC, Ile-Ife, Osun State, as their first choice for the approved programme, will participate in the post-UTME screening exercise.

Each applicant must submit their O/Level results to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) online and choose the School of Nursing at OAUTHC, Ile-Ife, Osun State, as their first choice of college.

Successful applicants must register online at www.oauthc.com, which is the institution’s website, to fill out and submit their applications.

After submitting the application, they are asked to log in again to the REPRINT online area, print two (2) copies of the screening schedule, and then visit the school for the Post-UTME screening on the day specified on the printout form.
Only two thousand naira (N2,000.00) must be paid to participate in the Post-UTME screening process. A six thousand naira (N6,000.00) portal access price that includes the following:
  • access to the site for registration.
    confirming the time and location of the screening procedure.
    admission status update check
    the admittance letter being printed. The whole payment of N8,000 (N8,000.00) is only payable to the OAUTHC account through the remita platform on the OAUTHC website.
The Post-UTME Screening Exam Mode:

This comprises candidate physical presentations and computer-based tests (CBT).

Date of Closing: The deadline is August 30, 2022.

The Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex, Nursing and Midwifery Central Selection Committee will administer the computer-based test (CBT) on Tuesday, September 6, and Wednesday, September 7, 2022.
